Bernd Wildenmann is managing director of the Wildenman Group. He works on extensive change management processes in order to increase the performance of business units or entire companies. Also he works on the professionalization and the training of managers to increase leadership performance. The decisive starting point in his projects is the link and development of so called output-critical factors improving proximate effect on the performance of business units.


Michael Herzog, holding a Masters Degree in  Mechanical Engineering, is managing director of Wildenmann Tools & Services. His focuses are the implementation of innovative survey systems in companies and the lead through individual coachings with regard to feedback tools.


The graduant in business administration is in charge of the commerical management of the Wildenmann Group and works in financial accounting.


The business economist works as a team assistant at Wildenmann Consulting focusing on service and communication and representing the interface between customers and consultants.


The economy psychologist (Master of Science in Economy Psychology) is responsible for research and development. The professional focus is on improvement and new development of questionnaire tools, such as personality inventories, competency models for executives and sales and potential evaluation inventories. In addition she cooperates in several projects as a trainer and consultant.


Die Diplompsychologin ist bei Wildenmann Consulting schwerpunktmäßig als Trainerin und Beraterin für Führungskräfte zuständig. Weitere Themenschwerpunkte liegen im Bereich Assessment Center, Change Management, Teamentwicklung und Coaching.


The economics graduate works at Wildenmann Tools & Services. His focuses are the development of the infrastructure of survey systems and evaluation methods. Furthermore he holds the IT management of the Wildenmann Group.


Ralph Rexhäuser has a degree in business engineering and is a senior consultant at Wildenmann Tools & Services. He is in charge of scorecard based analyses of organizations, the development and implementation of survey systems and their subsequent processes. Besides the implementation of user trainings for personality instruments and 360° feedbacks, he accompanies managers in their feedback processes to maximize the tools' individual benefit.

Michael Moritz

Der Soziologe und Sozialpsychologe ist als Berater, Trainer und Coach tätig und war zuvor lange Jahre Führungskraft in einem internationalen Konzern. Seine Schwerpunkte sind Führungskräfteentwicklung, interkulturelles Management, Kommunikation und Change Management. Er arbeitet international und in den Sprachen Französisch, Englisch und Deutsch.


The network engineer works as a product manager and operational project controller at Wildenmann Tools & Services.


The psychologist and economist works as a Coach, Consultant and Trainer paramount with executieves, with teams and in change processes.
